LA TOLERANCIA EN LOS TRATAMIENTOS COLABORA EN LA PRODUCCIÓN DE SALUD

La tolerancia en los tratamientos colabora en la producción de salud y es muy eficaz saber esperar, sabiendo que las ambiciones afectivas, curativas o educativas son desaconsejables en toda terapia.  

En medicina son numerosas las enfermedades de las que se desconoce su etiología. Por ejemplo en el 5% de las hipertensiones arteriales se conoce su causa o etiología, el 95 % restante presentan causas desconocidas a lo que la medicina le atribuye la participación de diferentes factores: factores coadyuvantes, predisposición familiar, sustancias tóxicas, estrés ambiental, cuestiones hereditarias...Cuando la etiología de una enfermedad se desconoce, lo psíquico siempre debe escucharse.

El psicoanálisis nos aporta un nuevo nivel de objetividad de los síntomas y el proceso de enfermar en el que el sistema inconsciente sobredetermina la producción de síntomas, como forma de resolver una situación conflictiva en el sujeto, que siendo imposible de elaborar vía psíquica se elabora vía somática y con ello influye en el proceso mórbido de un órgano, en las sinapsis neuronales o en la alteración del sistema inmunitario, a través de cambios en la fisiología, histología y quimismo orgánico.

Las investigaciones que se llevan desde diferentes Escuelas de Psicoanálisis y Foros de Medicina Psicosomáticas avalan mundialmente con numerosa casuística, el proceso de enfermar en las enfermedades autoinmunes, las afecciones psicosomáticas y las alteraciones funcionales; siendo el aparato digestivo, el sistema circulatorio, el sistema neuromuscular, las lesiones ginecológicas, las afecciones urinarias, las múltiples cefaleas o jaquecas y los estados de ansiedad ubicaciones conflictivas donde el psiquismo frecuentemente habla en el cuerpo.

En toda enfermedad, se conozca o desconozca sus causas, puede pensarse el proceso de enfermar desde una ecuación. Sigmund Freud en 1895 aporta la ECUACIÓN ETIOLOGICA distinguiendo: condición, causa específica, causa concurrente y motivación inmediata o causa provocadora en el proceso de enfermar.

A) CONDICIÓN es aquel factor o conjunto de factores, sin cuya presencia no surgirá nunca el efecto, sin embargo son incapaces por si solos de producirlo, cualquiera sea su magnitud. Necesita la Condición que se agregue la causa específica.

B) CAUSA ESPECÍFICA es aquella que jamás falta, bastándole para provocar su efecto alcanzar cierta intensidad siempre que las condiciones se encuentren presentes.

C) CAUSA CONCURRENTE, son aquellos factores que no siendo indispensables, ni pudiendo producir por si solos el efecto nocivo (independientemente de la intensidad o cantidad) si colabora con las condiciones y la causa específica en la ecuación etiológica y

D) CAUSA PROVOCADORA es la que se incorpora en último lugar a la ecuación, es decir precede inmediatamente a la emergencia del efecto nocivo. Representa un factor temporal en la ecuación etiológica, siendo lo que constituye la esencia de la motivación o causa provocadora.

Freud nos aclara con un ejemplo: Efecto: Phtisis Pulmonum (Tuberculosis pulmonar). Causa provocadora: Disposición, generalmente hereditaria, por constitución orgánica.

Causa específica: el “bacilo de Kock” (sin la presencia de esta bacteria es imposible infectarse de Tuberculosis). Causa auxiliar: todo lo que trae consigo una pérdida de potencia en el sujeto, ya sea por una emoción, un enfriamiento, una infección, un accidente.

No existe la casualidad psíquica para el sujeto, el azar tienen leyes que sobredeterminan los efectos que no existen hasta después de ser interpretados. En psicoanálisis existe la causalidad psíquica, en el que el mecanismo de Identificación juega un papel fundamental, como aquel modo de apropiarse de los rasgos unarios de pertenecer a los seres vivos en primer lugar, la ilusión de ser hombre por el temor de que lo confundan con los animales o los seres inertes y posteriormente la posibilidad de apropiarse de imágenes y con ello la existencia de otros en la constelación de su psiquismo, haciéndose así sujeto social que por estar atravesado por la palabra y sostenido por el lenguaje, será un sujeto dividido para siempre entre lo que mira y lo que ve, lo que busca y lo que encuentra, lo que sabe y la verdad, lo que demanda y lo que desea.

Tolerance in treatments collaborates in the production of health and it is very effective to know how to wait, knowing that affective, curative or educational ambitions are inadvisable in any therapy.

In medicine, there are many diseases whose etiology is unknown. For example, it is known the cause in a 5% of arterial hypertension, , the remaining 95% have unknown causes to which medicine attributes the participation of different factors: contributing factors, family predisposition, toxic substances, environmental stress, questions hereditary ... When the aetiology of a disease is unknown, the psychic must always be heard.

Psychoanalysis provides us with a new level of objectivity of the symptoms and the process of becoming ill in which the unconscious system over-determines the production of symptoms, as a way of solving a conflictive situation in the subject, which, being impossible to elaborate psychically, it is elaborated via somatic and thus influences the morbid process of an organ, neuronal synapses or the alteration of the immune system, through changes in physiology, histology and organic chemist.

The investigations carried out by different Schools of Psychoanalysis and Psychosomatic Medicine Forums, guarantee worldwide with numerous casuistry, the process of becoming ill in autoimmune diseases, psychosomatic affections and functional alterations; being the digestive system, the circulatory system, the neuromuscular system, gynecological lesions, urinary disorders, multiple headaches or migraines and states of anxiety conflictive locations where the psyche frequently speaks in the body.

In any disease, whether its causes are known or unknown, the process of becoming ill can be considered from an equation. Sigmund Freud in 1895 provides the ETIOLOGICAL EQUATION distinguishing: condition, specific cause, concurrent cause and immediate motivation or provoking cause in the process of becoming ill.

A) CONDITION is that factor or set of factors, which the effect will never arise without its presence, however they are incapable of producing it by themselves, whatever it is its magnitude, It needs the Condition of adding the specific cause.

B) A SPECIFIC CAUSE is that one which never is missing; it is enough to cause its effect to reach certain intensity as long as the conditions are present.

C) CONCURRENT CAUSE, are those factors that even not beeing indispensable, nor beeing able to produce the harmful effect by themselves (independent of intensity or quantity) if they collaborate with the conditions and the specific cause in the etiological equation and

D) PROVOKING CAUSE is the one that is incorporated last into the equation, that is, it immediately precedes the emergency of the harmful effect. It represents a temporary factor in the etiological equation, being what constitutes the essence of the motivation or provoking cause.

Freud clarifies us with an example: Effect: Phtisis Pulmonum (Pulmonary tuberculosis). Provocative cause: Disposition that it is generally hereditary by organic constitution.

Specific cause: the "Kock's bacillus" (without the presence of this bacterium it is impossible to get infected with Tuberculosis). Auxiliary cause: everything that brings about a loss of power in the subject, whether due to an emotion, a cold, an infection, an accident.

The psychic coincidence for the subject does not exist, chance has laws that overdetermined the effects that do not exist when they are interpreted. In psychoanalysis there is psychic causality, in which the Identification mechanism plays a fundamental role, as that way of appropriating the unary traits of belonging to living beings in the first place, the illusion of being a man for fear of being confused with animals or inert beings and later the possibility of appropriating images and with it the existence of others in the constellation of their psyche, thus becoming a social subject that for being going through by the word and sustained by language, will be a divided subject forever between what he watches and sees, what he seeks and finds, what he knows and the truth, what he demands and what he desires.

NO HAY SALUD SIN OTROS

La Muerte del Padre, último Mito de Occidente, pone en relación a la Ley con el Deseo. El descubrimiento freudiano nos describe que primero habitamos el lenguaje y después hablamos. A los seis meses el niño, en la fase del Espejo, ya habitando el lenguaje descubre la imagen que celebra con alborozo, sintiéndose despedazado porque en ese momento las pulsiones del niño son todas parciales, autoeróticas, después se construye el Yo del sujeto y la libido puede hacerse objetal, apareciendo los semejantes y las diferencias, imprescindibles en la salud. No hay salud sin otros.

A nivel de la salud, el psicoanalista trabaja dispensando psicoanálisis y será el psicoanálisis el que cura, no el psicoanalista. Para ello se trata de producir un saber en el sujeto que transformando los conocimientos adquiridos en cada formación produzca un saber inconsciente y para ello el médico debe cuidarse del “furor curandis y del furor educandis”. No habrá salud para el sujeto sin otros, que previamente, lo deseen. Pero no se puede imponer el bien.

WITHOUT THE OTHERS, THERE IS NOT HEALTH

There will not be health for the subject without others who previously want it. But good cannot be imposed.
