LA PULSIÓN

Freud acuña el término alemán Trieb (Pulsión) como un saber que no precisa conocimiento. No confundirlo con Instinkt (instinto), ese conocimiento animal para alimentarse, huir o luchar que no alcanza ningún saber.

Toda pulsión es parcial, es decir, ninguna pulsión representa la totalidad de la relación sexual en el psiquismo. Y se describen las pulsiones parciales: a) en el orden de la Demanda humana como pulsión oral y pulsión anal; b) como pulsiones parciales en el orden del Deseo como mirada (pulsión escópica) y voz (pulsión invocante).

La pulsión es un montaje de cuatro elementos sobre la que discurre la energía psíquica y sus destinos o avatares, con la pulsión podemos aparejarnos en el lenguaje (con la estructura, la ley, el Otro) y aparearnos con el otro (el semejante, el rival, el auxiliar, el modelo). Al otro lado de la pulsión está el amor, pero no es lo mismo. El amor viene del estómago, es necesario para la especie, sin embargo la pulsión es algo que viene del corazón, es necesaria para el sujeto.

Para pensar la producción de salud desde la Pulsión, debemos saber que se estructura en tres niveles:

a) a nivel de lo Real (donde se juega lo que “interesa” y lo que resulta “indiferente” para la relación del Yo del sujeto con el mundo exterior);

b) a nivel Económico, donde la pulsión está interesada en todo lo que produce “placer” y todo lo que produce “displacer”.

c) a nivel Biológico donde se juega la polaridad amar-ser amado, entre “la actividad y la pasividad” del sujeto frente a la salud psíquica.

La pulsión presenta un movimiento circular, emanando de cualquier zona erógena del cuerpo, (por ejemplo los labios) se dirige con un empuje constante hacia un objeto (que no puede faltar) al que rodea, para volver al borde erógeno del que partió como una diana. Ese objeto es una laminilla, algo extraplano e inasible para la pulsión, que le sirve de instrumento porque anda por todas partes y tiene relación con lo sexual y mortal del sujeto, además es irreprimible e indestructible y Freud la denominó LIBIDO. Esta libido representa la relación del sujeto viviente con lo que pierde por tener que pasar por el ciclo sexual para su reproducción.

La pulsión representa lo no representable, lo somático en lo psíquico, lo psíquico en lo somático, la sexualidad y la muerte, todo aquello de lo que no tenemos representación. Hacer consciente lo inconsciente es imposible, hacer externo lo interno es imposible y entre esos imposibles la vida late y la actividad para la producción de salud viene de esa pulsión.

La pulsión, presentifica la materialidad sexual en el inconsciente y representa en su esencia la muerte (las puntuaciones de la vida) y esto lo hace en un mismo tiempo, siendo el presente donde se pone en acto el deseo. Por eso para la producción de salud no es tan importante lo que pasó, lo que viví, como lo que digo que pasó, lo que analizo que viví en un tiempo presente que está dirigido desde el futuro, no desde el pasado.

THE DRIVE

Freud coined the German term Trieb (Drive) as a knowledge that does not require knowledge. Do not confuse it with Instinkt (instinct), that animal knowledge to feed, flee or fight that does not reach any knowledge.

Every drive is partial, that is, no drive represents the totality of the sexual relationship in the psyche. And the partial drives are described: a) in the order of human demand as oral drive and anal drive; b) as partial drives in the order of Desire as gaze (scopic drive) and voice (invoking drive).

The drive is a montage of four elements on which the psychic energy and its destinies or avatars run, with the drive we can pair up in language (with the structure, the law, the Other) and pair up with the other (the similar, the rival, auxiliary, model). On the other side of the drive is love, but it is not the same. Love comes from the stomach, it is necessary for the species, however the drive is something that comes from the heart, it is necessary for the subject.

To think about the production of health from the Drive, we must know that it is structured in three levels:

a) at the level of the Real (where what is "interesting" and what is "indifferent" to the relationship of the subject's self with the external world is played out;

b) at the economic level, where the drive is interested in everything that produces "pleasure" and everything that produces "displeasure."

c) at the Biological level where the loving-being loved polarity is played, between "activity and passivity" of the subject in the face of mental health.

The drive presents a circular movement, emanating from any erogenous area of the body, (for example the lips) it is directed with a constant push towards an object (which cannot be absent) that it surrounds, to return to the erogenous edge from which it started as a aim. This object is a lamella, something extra-flat and ungraspable for the drive, which serves as an instrument because it goes everywhere and is related to the sexual and mortal of the subject, it is also irrepressible and indestructible and Freud called it LIBIDO. This libido represents the relationship of the living subject with what he loses by having to go through the sexual cycle for his reproduction.

The drive represents what it is not representable, the somatic in the psychic, and the psychic in the somatic, sexuality and death, everything that we do not have representation of. Making the unconscious conscious is impossible; making the internal external is impossible and among those impossibilities life beats and activity for the production of health comes from that drive.

The drive represents sexual materiality in the unconscious and represents death in its essence (life scores) and this is done at the same time, being the present where desire is put into action. That is why for the production of health it is not so important what happened, what I experienced, as what I say happened, what I analyse that I lived in a present time that is directed from the future, not from the past.
