LA SALUD ES UNA PRODUCCIÓN INCONSCIENTE

La salud no depende de la razón, ni de la conciencia, ni del “yo mismo”, ni de la famosa “personalidad”, y si creemos saber, somos engañados. Son los significantes los que copulan, son los significantes los que permiten, copulando libremente, producir que el sujeto copule, son los significante los que producen salud, porque la salud es inconsciente, es decir hay determinación del deseo inconsciente.

Según cómo me posiciono frente a la ley del deseo, sin saber quién habla ni de qué habla ni a quién se dirige, hablo, habla el sueño, habla el síntoma, habla el lapsus, el olvido, la repetición habla. Y la formación del profesional le permite una escucha donde puede acontecer la interpretación psicoanalítica en la producción de salud, como hemos trabajado en los diferentes casos clínicos.

En salud no hay dialéctica hegeliana, no hay tesis, antítesis y síntesis del deseo. Si en salud hubiera opuestos, entonces la enfermedad sería lo opuesto a la salud, y lo bueno sería lo opuesto a lo malo. En psicoanálisis hay opuestos como articulación, es decir el odio no es lo opuesto al amor, hay odio y amor simultáneamente, hay odio-amoramiento dice el psicoanálisis, no es belleza o inteligencia, hay belleza e inteligencia en el sujeto. Puede coexistir la ausencia de enfermedad y no disponer salud ese sujeto o puede padecer una enfermedad el paciente y disponer de salud.

La ley del lenguaje, es la ley del deseo sexual, la ley de castración del goce.   Estamos viendo que la verdadera subversión del sujeto transcurre a nivel de que nunca sé lo que deseo. A nivel de lo pronunciable nunca puede decirse qué deseo, porque el deseo siempre determina ya que la cadena significante se impone como voz.

Que el deseo sea articulado (a la demanda, a lo que habla) no significa que sea articulable (no puede decirse).

El verdadero decir es el decir del deseo, la voz, no lo que enuncio. Entonces a nivel del enunciado nunca puede decirse lo que deseo y a nivel de la enunciación lo único que puedo es construir fantasmas, es decir, verdades en tanto hablo sin saber. A nivel de la enunciación sólo puedo construir fantasmas, sólo puedo gozar del deseo, sólo se puede ser sujeto de un saber que no comporta conocimiento. Uno puede hablar una lengua, pero no sabe cómo lo sabe.

La salud, las inhibiciones, los síntomas o la angustia son formas de posicionarse frente al deseo. Así frente a la salud uno se puede posicionar como neurótico (que siempre quiere saber) o de forma perversa (que siempre sabe y hace lo que quiere) o de forma psicótica (que no cree en el saber ni en la salud). Frente al deseo y la salud no hay nada que saber, son inconscientes.

HEALTH IS AN UNCONSCIOUS PRODUCTION

Health does not depend on reason, nor conscience, nor "me", or the famous "personality", and if we think we know, we are deceived. It is the signifiers that copulate, it is the signifiers that copulate, it is the signifiers that allow by copulating freely, to cause the subject to copulate, it is the signifier that produces health, because health is unconscious, that is, there is determination of the unconscious desire.

Depending on how I position myself in the face of the law of desire, without knowing who is talking or what he is talking about or to whom he is addressing, I speak, the dream speaks, the symptom speaks, the lapse speaks, the forgetfulness, the repetition speaks. And the training of the professional allows him to listen where the psychoanalytic interpretation can take place in the production of health, as we have worked in the different clinical cases.

In health there is no Hegelian dialectic, there is no thesis, antithesis and synthesis of desire. If there were opposites in health, then disease would be the opposite of health, and good would be the opposite of bad. In psychoanalysis there are opposites as articulation, that is, hatred is not the opposite of love, there is hate and love simultaneously, there is hate-love, says psychoanalysis, it is not beauty or intelligence, there is beauty and intelligence in the subject. The absence of disease may coexist and that subject may not have health, or the patient may suffer from a disease and have health.

The law of language is the law of sexual desire, the law of castration of pleasure. We are seeing that the true subversion of the subject takes place at the level that I never know what I desire. At the level of the pronounceable, what desire can never be said, because desire always determines since the signifying chain imposes itself as a voice.

That the desire is articulated (to the demand, to what it speaks) does not mean that it is articulable (it cannot be said).

The true saying is the saying of the desire, the voice, not what it enunciated. So, at the level of the statement, what I want can never be said, and at the level of the enunciation, the only thing I can do is construct phantasms, that is, truths as long as I speak without knowing. At the level of enunciation I can only construct phantasms, I can only enjoy from desire, and one can only be the subject of a knowledge that does not involve knowledge. You can speak a language, but you don't know how you know it.

Health, inhibitions, symptoms or anguish are ways of positioning oneself in the face of desire. Thus, in the face of health, one can position as neurotic (who always wants to know) or in a perverse way (who always knows and does what he wants) or psychotically (who does not believe in knowledge or in health). In the face of desire and health there is nothing to know, these are unconscious.
